On the Press page: random details of clips running on the top of the page. To make it look more, you know, dynamic, as they say at webmaster camps. Same deal on the Readings page, except it's random details from set lists over the years. One of the bygone clips I came across last night (thumbnailed above, click on it to read) was this one for last year's St. Mark's Poetry Project New Year's Day Marathon Reading, in which I am miraculously (nonsensically?) mentioned in the Village Voice between Philip Glass and Patti Smith. Won't be down there this year. Heavy sigh. But lots of people from the Friends page will be, so go.
